Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Basic computer and internet troubleshooting skills.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required—training is provided.

  • Must have a quiet workspace, a computer, and reliable high-speed internet.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
