Fast-growing Los Angeles moving company (doubling revenue YoY) seeks a results-driven Reputation Manager to safeguard and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor Yelp, Google, BBB, and other review sites daily

- Investigate negative reviews, identify bad-faith or policy-violating posts, and file disputes/appeals

- Proactively contact dissatisfied customers to reso
lve issues and encourage updated feedback

- Track sentiment trends and deliver weekly reports

Qualifications

- 2+ years managing online reviews or community support

- Proven success disputing/mitigating negative reviews on major platforms

- Excellent written English; calm, customer-centric tone

- Familiarity with Yelp/Google Business/BBB dispute processes & TOS

- Bonus: experience with reputation-management tools (e.g., Podium, Birdeye)
