PowerEdge Server

Location: Remote

Duration: 1 + Year Contract

Description:
• Design, implement, and optimize Dell PowerEdge server solutions to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with PowerEdge servers and related systems
• Develop and maintain technic
al documentation and knowledge base articles for PowerEdge solutions
• Provide expert-level support and guidance to customers and internal teams on PowerEdge server configurations and troubleshooting
• Stay up-to-date with the latest PowerEdge technologies and advancements, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and satisfaction
• *Requirements**
• 8+ years of experience in server architecture and design, with a focus on PowerEdge solutions
• In-depth knowledge of PowerEdge server hardware, software, and networking technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
• Experience with IT service management tools and technologies, such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, including virtualization and containerization
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
