Freelance Social Media / Content Creator / Brand Strategist

I’m a commercial real estate broker specializing in office leasing in NYC, looking to boost my LinkedIn presence with engaging, consistent, and brand-aligned content.

What I’m looking for:

A creative partner to help me share my story, showcase my deals, highlight client spaces, and share market insights in a way that builds my personal
 brand and connects with my network.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with me to create a monthly social media content calendar

Develop and post short-form videos, clips, and graphics highlighting deals, spaces, clients, and market updates

Draft compelling copy for LinkedIn posts that reflects my voice and industry expertise

Suggest creative ways to tell the story of my work and clients

Help track engagement and optimize posts over time

Ideal Candidate:

Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and content best practices

Skilled in short-form video creation & editing (Reels/TikTok style adapted for LinkedIn)

Experience in branding and personal brand growth strategies

Comfortable working collaboratively, but able to take initiative and run with ideas

Bonus: Familiarity with commercial real estate or professional services marketing

Type of Role:

Part-time / freelance, with ongoing potential

Flexible schedule — can work remotely
