What You’ll Do

  • Problem-Solver: You'll be the first point of contact for members, resolving a wide range of issues related to account management, billing, and technical troubleshooting for streaming across various devices.

  • Customer Advocate: You'll provide support via phone, email, and live chat, always with a member-first mindset. You'll listen with empathy, provide clear solutions, and turn a frustrating situation into a positive experience.

  • Knowledge-Sharer: You'll be a product expert, providing in-depth information about our content library, features, and services.

  • Feedback Driver: You'll collect valuable member feedback and insights, acting as a crucial voice that helps us continuously improve the Netflix experience.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or a similar role.

  • A dedicated, quiet home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection.

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
