What You’ll Do

Problem-Solver: You'll be the first point of contact for members, resolving a wide range of issues related to account management, billing, and technical troubleshooting for streaming across various devices.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years of experience in a customer service or a similar role.
